We are appointment only.
Please do not attend our boutique if you have not pre-booked an appointment. Please read the Appointment Information page and book appointment via the app.

Appointment charges are in place.
The cost of these appointments will be taken at time of booking.

*Cancellation policy -

- Notice of cancellation must be given at least 48 Hrs before ALL appointment times.

- Your card details will be required to book the Free appointment.

- If you fail to cancel your appointment with at least 48 hrs notice you will be charged £25 non cancellation fee.

- If you fail to cancel your appointment 48 Hrs before, you will not receive a refund for the Lux appointment charge of £25.

- If you purchase a dress during a LUX appointment your booking fee will be redeemable against the purchase of full price gown only.

Unfortunately due to brides failing to notify us of cancellation these charges are now necessary.
